1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on ClickroLink you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClickroLink. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClickroLink. By creating an account you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Your use of the platform does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
3 Account Rules
When creating and using your ClickroLink account you agree to:
- Maintain only one account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others
- Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs on your account
- Provide accurate and truthful registration information
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
4 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ClickroLink:
- Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, or anonymizing services to earn points
- Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
- Submitting illegal, adult, gambling, or harmful websites
- Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the points system
- Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to surf websites or earn points
- Submitting websites containing malware, phishing content, or viruses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
- Interfering with or disrupting the platform or its servers
- Impersonating other users or ClickroLink staff
⚠️ Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning or refund of any purchased points.
5 Points System
ClickroLink operates a points-based traffic exchange system. Please be aware of the following:
- Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Points cannot be transferred between user accounts
- ClickroLink reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of fraud or abuse
- Points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity
- Purchased points are non-refundable once added to your account
- We reserve the right to modify the points earning and spending rates at any time
6 Website Submissions
When submitting websites to the ClickroLink traffic exchange:
- All submitted websites are subject to review and approval
- We reserve the right to reject any website without providing a reason
- Submitting a website does not guarantee its approval or a specific number of visitors
- Approved websites may be deactivated at any time if they violate our policies
- You are solely responsible for the content of websites you submit
- Prohibited websites will be removed immediately without notice or points refund
7 Anti-Fraud Policy
We use advanced fraud detection including Google reCAPTCHA verification, VPN and proxy detection, IP reputation scoring, browser fingerprinting, and tab focus monitoring. Any account found using fraud techniques — including VPNs, bots, or multiple accounts — will be permanently banned without warning. We take platform integrity very seriously.
Our anti-fraud systems operate continuously. Detection may not be immediate, but fraudulent activity will be caught retroactively and accounts will be penalized accordingly.
8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- These Terms of Service have been violated
- Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
- The account has been inactive for an extended period
- Required by applicable law or court order
Termination may occur without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform and any accumulated points will be forfeited.
9 Disclaimer of Warranties
ClickroLink is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Specific traffic volumes or visitor counts for your websites
- Uninterrupted or error-free platform availability
- That the platform will meet your specific requirements
- Specific uptime or service level agreements
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickroLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of ClickroLink after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
